Concept art/reference sheets are essential! References must contain at least a front view of the model, though side and back views are also helpful. If there are certain details that can only be seen from the back, then a reference for those will need to be included.

By commissioning me, you confirm that the design of the model is your own, or that you have the approval from the concept artist to use the design for a 3D model.

You must credit me as your model maker where appropriate (Twitter profile/posts, twitch, etc.).

Edits to my model by other modelers/artists are allowed, as long as appropriate credit is given to me for pieces that I made.

I reserve the right to post social media content of the commissioned model (WIPs, reveal, compilations, advertisement) unless otherwise requested.

If you request an NDA for the model, once the model is revealed to the public I reserve the right to use the model to promote my work and in my portfolio.

Models are created for and tested with VSeeFace, Warudo, and/or VRChat (iFacialMocap for ARKit blendshapes) depending on which program you indicate you will be using. If you use another Vtubing software, I cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly. I am happy to troubleshoot any issues with other software if I am able.

Payment is done via VGen's payment system, which includes Paypal and other payment methods. I typically do a 50% downpayment (when I am ready to start the model) and 50% upon completion.

I am open to setting up a payment plan so that you are able to pay in smaller increments if that is more convenient.

Refusing to pay for my services or chargeback issues with/ without warning will result in blacklisting. I reserve the right to re-use/sell parts of the model to replace any damage done.

I do not issue payments via "friends and family" or other such systems.

The final model will be sent once the final payment is received.

Models will be completed between 3 weeks - 2 months based on complexity.

An available start date will be discussed, and the first invoice will not be sent until I am able to start working on the model.

If you require the model by a certain deadline an additional fee will be added to the total price.

Final files will be delivered as a .RAR package to the client's preferred email address.

I will send WIP images and updates of the model at various milestones in the modeling process. You can certainly ask for more/specific updates as well.

Please specify any changes you want to be made as soon as possible, considering that it can sometimes be difficult to make changes if I get too far along in the modeling process. The purpose of the WIPs are for you to be able to provide this feedback.

If you require changes to the model that involves a change to the design (such as a change to the outfit, hair, etc.) or ask for an edit that requires me to re-do previous work, then an additional fee will be applied to the final payment.

After you receive the model, I am willing to make reasonable edits and fix any issues/bugs when possible.

You do not own the right to redistribute. If you want to sell the 3D model as merchandise or make it publicly available - Contact me.

You do not have the right to transfer ownership and copyright of the model to another person. If you want to discuss reselling the model - Contact me.

I keep the right to use commissioned work for promotional or portfolio purposes.

If I have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of what has been paid up to that point.

If you cancel/withdraw the commission once work on the model has started, then I reserve the right to keep the down payment (which is 50% of the total price).

I do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction after you have paid and approved the model. Giving feedback throughout the process is your responsibility as the client, and I will frequently ask for that feedback at various stages of the model's completion.

I am open to communicating via twitter DMs, discord, and/or email. If you have a preference as a client, let me know. Otherwise, I will reach out via twitter DMs first to ask additional questions related to the model before giving a quote.

The general status of your commission will also be available on my Trello.

Final model files will be sent via email.
